Simple Salad-2

Marinate with (next 5) ingredients in large bowl. Mix together and let rest for 10 - 15 mins.

In large pan, add 2 tbsp oil, marinated shrimp & fry until water is evaporated / only oil is left. 

Approx. 10 - 15 mins on medium heat (last few on hight). Check for some soft - some crunchy shrimp.

Take out the shrimp and rest, now to make the curry: 

Add oil, 
cloves, 
cinnamon stick/s, 
onion, 
salt, 
turmeric 
and green chillies.

Sautée for 5 minutes, on medium high heat.

Add Green Onions, Ginger Garlic Paste and add the shrimp back into the pan.

Add special masala!, Cilantro, Keema Powder and any salt / spices to taste.

To tighten the curry, extend heat on medium high for 5 more minutes.
